We want to build a culture where developers take pride in ideas born of their own experience and love, while respecting the ideas of others. Pride in one's technology helps carry developers through the hard road of development. We are convinced that this love, close to people and nature, is the driving force of sustainable creation that AI cannot replace — and the gateway to sustainability.

We want to correct the distorted structure in which a stronger party takes ideas from a weaker one without regard. This is a serious problem not only for SMEs but also in deals between large companies, and the Japan Fair Trade Commission promotes fair transactions. Such distortion is the opposite of respect for ideas and threatens their very source. To correct it and build a healthy transaction environment, we contribute through JPAA committees, public-body activities, and lectures — raising awareness and advancing the system.
Regional resources such as agricultural products and traditional crafts are the crystallization of the local love and culture that the land's nature and people have nurtured over many years. Protecting them by combining the GI (geographical indication) system with multiple IP rights is not mere rights-securing but a social prescription for carrying Japan's unique culture into the future and revitalizing local economies. Through activities with JPAA, the Production Technology Promotion Association, and Workspace AP, we redefine the value of regional resources and support inbound demand and regional branding, contributing to lifting Japan as a whole.
Drawing on our IP practice experience and our belief that IP is a “property of the heart,” our firm designs inquiry-based training that reawakens on-site creativity. For companies struggling to implement SDGs management, we offer settings — through experiences in agriculture and by the sea — where developers redefine their technology from a “social and environmental contribution” perspective. Farming experiences reaffirm the “simple love for people and nature” at the root of problem-solving through contact with people and nature.
